The content on ey-aye.co.uk is general information about what we do, not advice for your specific situation. We try to keep it accurate; if something's wrong, tell us and we'll fix it. We're not responsible for other websites we link to.

Working with us

Every piece of paid work is covered by a short written agreement before it starts. The bits that are the same every time:

• The look-round is free and comes with no obligation on either side.
• Fixed prices are fixed. If the scope changes, we agree the change and the price before carrying on.
• You own what we build for you once it's paid for. We keep the right to reuse our general methods and any code that isn't specific to your business.
• Monthly services are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Nothing we built stops working when you cancel.
• Your data stays yours. We process it only to do the work, under your instructions, and the privacy policy applies.
• AI isn't perfect. Anything we build that drafts, summarises or recommends needs a person to check its output before it's acted on, and our agreement will say where that check sits.
• Liability for any piece of work is capped at the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow a cap.
