Things we've built. Most of them you can poke at.

Two businesses from scratch, one race-data system with AI on top, and one we can only describe. Between them they're the whole pitch: brand, systems, and AI that earns its place.

Bodyworks by Corey · Harrogate · our own business

A clinic built from nothing, and the AI that briefs it every morning.

Corey is the therapist. Ey-aye built the rest: the brand, the website, the booking flow, the email campaigns, the accounts, and the back-end systems behind the front desk. Then the first AI job: a one-page brief each morning on who's walking in, new or returning, what they booked, what they said on the intake form, where their package is up to.

Loftsoft Racing · our own race-data system

"Why was I slower through turn three?" Asked in plain English, answered from the data.

A data logger designed in-house for autograss and club racing, with a dashboard, suspension and setup tools, and lap-by-lap logs. On top of it, an AI that can read every channel, every session and every setup change, so a driver asks a question and gets an answer with the numbers behind it. This is "one place to ask" at full stretch, and it's the system Paul runs on his own car.

Purple Helmet · motorsport apparel · our own brand

A brand, a store and a community, built end to end.

Shopify store, print-on-demand fulfilment, Meta and email marketing, and the Girl Racer community initiative. New and growing, but the brand is the proof: we don't just wire things up, we make things people want to wear.

Automotive software · the big one · under NDA

An AI assistant inside a calibration platform used by major car makers.

For the automotive software company Paul has worked with for over a decade: an MCP server over a very large API, and a chat assistant that engineers use inside the software itself to ask questions, pull data and set things up in plain English. We can't show it, but it's the same approach as everything above, at industrial scale.

Happy to talk about the approach in person.
